I absolutely hate mosquitoes and have never found a good way of killing them, until now. The problem with fly swatters is that if they're on something they leave a bloody mess, if they're in the air they simply don't die or are hard to hit.

All things meant to repel mosquitoes don't work but I've found the ultimate counter to them!

WINDEX, not only do they hate the smell (?) but when you spray them in mid air they can't fly anymore and then they fall and they die. FOUEBFAOF Bastard bugs, trying to give me diseases, you've met your match!

Another good thing is I use this orange windex stuff that reeks of citrus so my cats instead of trying to lick it like they do with some of my other household cleaners stay away from it.

To sum this up, Windex>Mosquitoes

I always leave a healthy amount of spiders in my room to take care of pesky mosquitos. Who bothers with a few small cobwebs anyway.

spiders r creepy... cobwebs come in scary movies....mosquito bites are fun to scratch...

Pff, silly, they don't just drink your blood. They inject enzymes that digest your flesh into a soupy mass before chewing your fetid flesh from your budy and making it its meal

Brown recluses are quite possibly the nastiest spiders on the earth. They're at that size where they're big enough to scare the sh*t out of you but small enough to not be thought of like an eight legged rat.

Windex huh? What do you walk around outside with Windex in hand spraying the air randomly hoping to kill a mosquito? That would be a sight to see. lol Mosquitos do suck though, i hate them so much, they are annoying as heck. Spiders are the same. Ya they have some usefullness but if you get bit by one you could possibly die.

Not cool. Thats why many people tend to stay in doors in front of their computer screens.

I heard somewhere that mosquitos are attracted to your breath when you breathe out. Maybe you should just hold your breath when you are outside?

Aww, spiders are cute. And they do such a fine job hunting down annoying insects. Thanks to them little spiders I don't have any annoying mosquitos humming in my ears at night. From time to time I even have one of those huge hairy wolf-spiders running around chasing non-flying insects. I couldn't ask for better company.

I would have to say that I hate mosquitoes and spiders equally!!!

My husband found out an awesome way to get rid of bees and wasps....
Why spend $5 on a can of Raid, when you can go to any parts store and pick up a $2 can of Brake Clean. Something in the makeup of Brake Clean will actually cause the insects to 'melt'. It will drop them dead in there place like a box of rocks!!!

Insects have a calcium based exoskeleton and the Brake Clean eats that away!!! Not recommended for indoor use though (the smell is horrible.) Needless to say: Raid 5 minutes to death...twitch, fly around some more....twitch.......

Brake Clean: Instantaneous!!!!!

But moths don't try to drink my blood, and they're weak. I can hit a moth mid air with my hand and it just kinda dies.

Meh we have brown recluses here, you don't want to let them run around catching insects, they'll only bite people if it's to "defend" themselves like if you roll on one in your sleep but their bites are icky

.

Those really nasty bites are untreated by idiots, hey my legs falling off, lets take pictures, but still if you don't notice it for a few days it can get pretty bad.

But the windex was for inside my house, we open some windows that don't have screens and they fly in when we open the door.

spiders creep me out. mosquitos dont. i wish spiders didnt have 8 legs. they wood b less scary that way.
